Background and objective: Recently, many studies had supported to monitor the changes in HBsAg quantication could be a useful parameter for assessing the response to lamivudine or entecavir monotherapy in chronic hepatitis B.But few were studied with HBV-related acute-onchronic liver failure(ACLF).And the model for end-stage liver disease(MELD)scoring system was an accurate prediction of short-term(3-month)mortality among patients with end-stage liver disease The aim of the study was to investigate HBsAg combined with MELD score for predicting prognosis in HBeAg-negative ACLF and the versus of entecavir and lamivudine.
