采用扫描电镜分别观察了含镍、钼、铌冷硬铸铁的高温断口。结果表明,随着温度的提高、冷硬铸铁的断口由脆性向塑性转变,含铌冷硬铸铁要求的转变温度最高,含钼冷硬铸铁次之,含镍冷硬铸铁转变温度最低。
Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the high temperature fracture of nickel, molybdenum and niobium chilled cast iron respectively. The results show that with the increase of temperature, the fracture of chilled cast iron changes from brittleness to plasticity. The transition temperature of niobium - containing chilled cast iron is the highest, followed by molybdenum - containing chilled cast iron, and the transition temperature of chilled cast iron containing nickel is the lowest.
