温度和盐度对短节硬毛藻(Chaetomorpha brachygona)生长发育的影响研究

  由于绿潮在世界范围内的普遍发生,对生态系统和经济造成了巨大影响,绿潮藻也随之成为社会各界关注的焦点.现今有关绿潮藻种类的研究主要集中在石莼属和浒苔属,而忽视了其他如刚毛藻、硬毛藻等种类.本文对采自广东南澳岛的短节硬毛藻(Chaetomorpha brachygona)进行了生物生态学方面的研究.通过室内培养实验,研究了温度(20、25、30℃)和盐度(10、20、30、40、50)对藻体生长、活力及形态变化的影响.结果表明,温度和盐度对短节硬毛藻的生长均有一定影响,当温度为20℃时,藻体培养第3、6 和12 天活力分别为0.70-0.75Y、0.60-0.70Y和0.55-0.65Y,培养12 天时藻体有生殖细胞形成,相较于25、30℃,此温度更有利于藻体维持活力,温度为25-30℃,培养第3 天时会大量形成生殖细胞;在盐度10、20、40 和50 时,藻体的生长与温度呈现正相关,即30℃>25℃>20℃; 藻体在盐度10-50 时都有一定程度的生长和活力,在培养至第3 天,盐度20-30 时,藻体生长长度最大达4.55 cm;盐度有利于藻体生长,整体趋势为20>30>10>40>50.因此,在实验条件下,温度25-30℃、盐度10-30 更利于短节硬毛藻的生长和形成生殖细胞;而温度和盐度对藻体生长活力的单一影响则不太明显,尤其是盐度对生长活力的影响并不呈单一变化趋势.本文也观察了短节硬毛藻的生活史全过程.本实验表明,短节硬毛藻为暖水、广盐性种,可在我国南方海区大量生长,具有引发绿潮的潜力.
