用溶胶凝胶-自蔓延燃烧法可以快速制备出纳米级的粉体,粒径约为60nm,用粉末-溶胶法所制备的厚膜表面光滑无裂痕。当PVP加入量为0.75%,溶胶浓度为0.15mol/L时所制备的CSBT厚膜a轴择优生长的晶粒较多,且晶粒发育较好。优化工艺后得到的CSBT厚膜样品的厚度为1.5μm,样品晶粒大小均匀,没有裂纹。该样品的剩余极化强度较高,2Pr可达28.7μC/cm2,对应矫顽电场为Ec=121kV/cm,表现出较为优异的铁电性能。
The nano-sized powder can be rapidly prepared by sol-gel-self-propagating combustion method. The particle size is about 60nm. The surface of the thick film prepared by the powder-sol method is smooth and crack-free. When the amount of PVP is 0.75% and the concentration of sol is 0.15mol / L, the a-axis growth of CSBT thick film has more preferred grain growth and better grain growth. The thickness of the CSBT thick film sample obtained after the optimization process is 1.5μm, the sample grain size is uniform and there is no crack. The remanent polarization of the sample is high, 2Pr up to 28.7μC / cm2, corresponding to the coercive field Ec = 121kV / cm, showing excellent ferroelectric properties.
