C57BL/6J-ApcMin/J mice is highly susceptible to spontaneous intestinal adenoma formation.Which involves a nonsense mutation in codon 850 of the murine Apc gene.This ApcMin mice provides an appropriate model to evaluate human familial adenomatous polyposis.We calculated the intestinal adenomatous in 8,13,18 and 22-week old ApcMin mice.
