The distance between the charge couple-device(CCD)and the micro lens array is one of assembling errors which affects the accuracy of Shack-Hartmann wavefront detector.The correction of this motion assembly parameter can effectively reduce the wavefront detector error.We theoretically derived the relationship between the subaperture spot centroid displacements,caused by the spherical wavefront passing through the microlenses,and the structural parameters of wavefront sensor.By utilizing the relationship,we defined an assembly parameter to guide the assembly process.Experiments verified the rationality of theoretical derivation then achieved a sample Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor.This method can not only guide the Shack-Hartmann assembly quickly,but also improve the measurement accuracy of wavefront sensor.
