　　Several lanthanum doped compounds with perovskite-type structure in the BaTiO3 system with the general formula Ba1-xLaxTi1-x/4O3 showing colossal dielectric permittivity arouse an increasing interest due to their wide potential applications in electronics.Moreover and contrary to what is classically expected in this type of materials,no frequency dependant temperature shift is observed.
