The effects of Li2O-B2O3-SiO2 glass(LBS)and La2O3-B2O3-ZnO glass(LBZ)additions on the sintering temperature,phase development,microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of BaO-ZnO-TiO2(BTZ)ceramic have been investigated.The pure BTZ ceramic sintered at 1150 ℃ for 1h shows good microwave dielectric properties of: dielectric constant(εr)= 36.13,quality factor(Q × f)= 38410GHz,and the temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency(τf)= 9.67ppm/℃.
