圈养林麝肺炎及化脓性疾病病原菌的分离鉴定及药敏分析

  本研究采用常规鉴定和16S rRNA PCR方法从94份患肺炎及化脓性疾病的圈养林麝肺部病料中分离鉴定出30株肺源大肠杆菌、5株肠道沙门氏菌、8株奇异变形杆菌、1株霍氏肠杆菌和1株摩氏摩根氏菌;小白鼠感染试验表明分离菌株均具有致病性;选用20种常用抗生素分别进行药敏试验,结果表明:30株肺源致病性大肠杆菌耐药范围较广,其中耐药程度最高的是阿莫西林、四环素、磺胺异恶唑、氨苄青霉素、阿莫西林/棒酸,耐药率高于93%:其次是复方新诺明、链霉素,耐药率高于80%;另外氨苄青/舒巴坦、萘啶酸、丙氟哌酸、庆大霉素的耐药率高于50%.5株肠道沙门氏菌、8株奇异变形杆菌、1株霍氏肠杆菌和1株摩氏摩根氏菌对氨苄青霉素类、阿莫西林/棒酸和四环素的耐药性最高,对先锋必素,菌必治、丁胺卡那霉素、单环菌素和美罗培南高度敏感;但对其他抗生素的耐药表型不一,耐药性的测定为圈养林麝临床治疗中合理选择药物提供了科学依据.在林麝肺炎及化脓性疾病病原菌研究中,本实验分离的奇异变形杆菌、霍氏肠杆菌和摩氏摩根氏菌为首次报道.
