Neurodegeneration and neuronal injury are silent features of initiation of most of neurological diseases.Early diagnosis remains a true difficult task regardless of PET and high resolution nmr imaging.Our approach to use lumber cerebro spinal fluid (CSF)labelling provides a precise and rapid evaluation of the onset of neurological lesion.The start of any neurological diseases damages blood brain barrier and toxic neurochemicals even the macro molecules can pass through this protective barrier.
