目的：探讨SUMO4基因在甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)中的表达及其意义.方法：采用实时荧光定量PCR、Western blot及免疫组化方法检测甲状腺乳头状癌及正常甲状腺组织中SUMO4 mRNA及其蛋白表达情况;采用CCK8和Transwell实验检测SUMO4沉默后对PTC细胞株CGTHW-3增殖和迁移的影响.结果：SUMO4 mRNA及蛋白

目的：探讨SUMO4基因在甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)中的表达及其意义. 方法：采用实时荧光定量PCR、Western blot及免疫组化方法检测甲状腺乳头状癌及正常甲状腺组织中SUMO4 mRNA及其蛋白表达情况;采用CCK8和Transwell实验检测SUMO4沉默后对PTC细胞株CGTHW-3增殖和迁移的影响. 结果：SUMO4 mRNA及蛋白表达量在PTC中均明显高于正常甲状腺组织(P＜0.05);SUMO4沉默后CGTHW-3细胞迁移能力下降(P＜0.05),但对增殖能力的影响不大(P＞0.05). 结论：SUMO4在PTC组织中表达高于正常甲状腺组织,SUMO4沉默可以抑制PTC细胞的迁移证明SUMO4在PTC中充当癌基因的角色.
