目的：探讨血清微小RNA--222-3p (miR-222-3p)在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)中的表达及其临床意义.
方法：提取121例甲状腺乳头状癌及甲状腺良性疾病患者血清中的总RNA,采用qRT-PCR方法检测miR-222-3p的表达情况,分析其与PTC临床病理特征的关系,并探讨其对PTC的临床诊断价值.
结果：血清miR-222-3p在PTC患者中的中位表达水平显著高于甲状腺良性疾病组(2.2188vs 0.7022,P=0.002).血清miR-222-3p的表达水平与PTC的肿瘤最大径、双侧累及、病灶数量及淋巴结转移状况等密切相关(均P＜0.05),但与性别、年龄、包膜侵犯及TNM分期等无关(均P＞0.05).ROC曲线分析显示,miR-222-3p诊断PTC的AUC为0.717,灵敏度为79.75％,特异性为61.90％.
结论：血清miR-222-3p在PTC患者中高表达,其表达水平能反映PTC的进展情况,并对PTC的临床诊断具有一定价值.
