多中心晚期肾癌一线靶向治疗的回顾性分析

目的：晚期肾癌靶向治疗为主，索拉非尼与舒尼替尼是国内晚期肾癌主要的一线靶向药物，但目前缺乏索拉非尼与舒尼替尼一线靶向治疗晚期肾癌疗效比较的数据，本研究为研究者发起的多中心研究，评价索拉非尼与舒尼替尼对照用于晚期肾癌一线靶向治疗的生存获益情况。
