Background The durable polymer sirolimus-eluting stents (FRIEBIRD Stent) has been proved safe and effective by several clinical trials.There were also some studies about safety and efficacy of biodegradable sirolimus-eluting stent(EXCEL Stent).But there were limited contrast studies between biodegradable Excel Stents and durable polymer FIREBIRD stent.The aim of this study was to compare the safety and efficacy of biodegradable polymer sirolimus-eluting stent (EXCEL) and durable polymer sirolimus-eluting stents (FRIEBIRD) in the treatment for coronary artery disease.
