Aim The present study aimed to evaluate the outcomes of haplo-HSCT in adult Ph-negative ALLCR1 patients.Methods The present study included 183 consecutive Ph-negative ALL patients receiving their firstallogeneic HSCT in CR1 from a haplo-RD.Results Three-year incidences of relapse and nonrelapse mortality for high-risk versus low-riskgroups were 15.4％ versus 17.8％ (P = 0.641) and 18.0％ versus 16.2％ (P = 0.717),respectively.

不同进针方法对输液港应用维护的护理体会

目的：探讨无损伤针不同进针角度对输液港维护的体会。方法：对30 例植入输液港的患者静脉维护180 次，使用两种不同进针方法进行维护。维护时随机抽取，实验组90 人次采用进针时无损伤针斜面朝向胸骨柄，且斜面与港口形成90 度角，抽到回血后再将无损伤针向下回转90 度，使无损伤针斜面与港口背对；对照组90人次采用常规方法，进针时无损伤针斜面与脐水平，即无损伤针斜面与港口背对。结果：实验组的这种进针方式
