目的:前期本研究室研究发现槲皮素可升高大鼠血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)水平.本研究探讨槲皮素影响胆固醇代谢的相关生物学机制,为深入研究植物化学物的生物学作用提供新的实验依据.
