　　This talk intends to address the question of the possible role of piezoelectric materials in Tissue Engineering.It aims to promote the discussion on the possible role of piezoelectrics to serve as functional selective and smart platforms for Tissue Engineering.The talk covers new aspects and raises new questions that might interest Electromechanics and Biosystems communities.
