近年来,我市大棚青皮长茄栽培规模不断扩大,栽培技术不断成熟,大棚栽培一般11下旬～12月中旬播种,1月上旬～中旬定植,3月中旬开始采收,立秋前后剪去老枝栽培二茬茄.本文从品种选择、不同阶段管理措施、二茬茄子栽培、产品收获等方面就大棚青皮长茄优质高效栽培技术进行了介绍.
