　　The pig somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) technique has valuable applications in agriculture as well as biomedical research.However, the efficiency of this technique currently is still very low.Cloned porcine embryos derived from SCNT only have a full term developmental rat at about 1%.The majority of porcine SCNT embryos fail to develop to term due to undefined reprogramming defects.
