Edible mushrooms not only satisfies the needs of human body for unsaturated fatty acids,but also could avoid the harm caused by excessive unsaturated fatty acids.So the components of fatty acid in edible mushroom has great influence on its nutritional value.The plate cultivation method was adopted to observe the effect of fatty acid with different saturation on the mycelial growth of Lentinula edodes (Berk.) Pegler in present investigation.
