Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the elderly Colles fracture is not fixed the wrist joint.Methods From 2005 January to 2012 December were collected from female senile stable type Colles fractures in 246 cases,give closed manipulative reduction,and wrist joints were placed in the free position,dorsal,volar flexion and neutral position,and then use a small splint external fixation.
