A facile laccase biosensor based on a new composite of laccase–gold nanoparticles (Au NPs)–zein/cellulose acetate composite nanofibers (ZCCN) has been fabricated for catechol determination.Firstly,ZCCN blend with different mass ratios were fabricated by electrospinning.The spectra of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) indicated that two compositions of ZCCN maintained their own original functional groups,respectively.
