College students employability can not meet the demand of the employers, which is the main cause to the structural unemployment.The fostering of employability should be the common job undertaken jointly by the government, enterprises, colleges and students themselves.But now, due to the imbalance of this responsibility mechanism, there exists an enormous gap in college students employability.This article covers up respectively the causes to the gap existing: the governments absence of a framework of employability; the enterprises lagging behind in their human resources management; colleges and universities insensitive in their adaptability to the changing job market and students lack of incentive in learning.In conclusion,this article calls for the building of a balanced responsibility sharing mechanism in the fostering of college students employability.
