Objective: Accumulated evidence showed that sodium taurocholate cotransporting polypeptide(NTCP),as a hepatitis B virus(HBV)receptor, might have influence on HBV infection. However, studies related to NTCP polymorphisms were limited and the role is still obscure. This study focus on the association of NTCP polymorphisms with HBV susceptibility in Chinese Han population.
