目的：随着乙肝抗病毒治疗广泛开展，面临的问题也层出不穷，本文主要将就乙肝肝硬化治疗谈谈最近的思路发展。方法：通过按照2010年版《慢性乙肝防治指南》抗病毒治疗及治疗过程中出现有关问题及结合本人抗病毒治疗临床经验规纳总结。
