Changes in apple leaf and fruit peel photosystem-Ⅱ (PSII) photochemical process were investigated under field high light conditions (1800 μmoles m-2 s-1) in North Patagonia.This was to increase understanding on its susceptibility to photooxidative damage.Leaves and fruits growing exposed (E), non-exposed (NE) and suddenly-exposed (SE) to high solar radiation were picked at 110 days after full bloom.Chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a fluorescence transient (OJIP) and membraneperoxidative damage, were evaluated.

瘤胃胃液接种量对小麦秸秆厌氧发酵的影响

反刍动物的瘤胃中含有完善的纤维素降解微系统,系统中存在的微生物能够对纤维素进行有效的降解并生成甲烷.本实验以瘤胃胃液为接种源,以小麦秸秆为发酵底物,在控制发酵温度为37℃恒温条件下,研究不同接种物比例对厌氧发酵产气特性的影响.结果显示随着接种量的增加甲烷产量逐渐升高,当接种量为9％时,甲烷积累产量达到最大值为2676ml (0.73 L/g TS),最高日产气量为154ml,甲烷含量为54.9％;
