【摘要】

：

半导体量子点(如CdSe、CdTe 和PbTe 等)由于其独特的光学和生物化学性质而受到人们的很大关注[1,2].但是半导体量子点由于常使用镉等重金属离子将导致细胞毒性及环境污染[3].碳是人们公认的无毒的元素.碳纳米材料,如碳纳米管、富勒烯、石墨烯、纳米纤维等在纳米技术、生物传感和药物传递等方面具有重要的作用[4,5].
