枣为鼠李科枣属植物,是世界上最古老的栽培果树之一,原产中国黄河中下游地区,已有7000 多年栽培历史,现已遍及中国各地并引种到五大洲40 多个国家.栽培面积达到3000 万亩,年产量600 万吨、在干果中居第一位.枣果富含维生素C、糖、环核苷酸等,是著名滋补佳品、本草上品和常用中药.
