　　In thigh amputation cases by trauma, the amputation stump may be unable to be covered with normal skin. In such cases, we temporarily covered raw surface area using skin mesh graft etc. It is thought that covering of the amputation stump by flap which can bear the load to an artificial leg is desirable in secondary operation.
