目的:观察比较半夏泻心汤、四逆散、左金丸、半夏泻心汤合四逆散(半四合方)、半夏泻心汤合四逆散及左金丸(半四左合方)等5个复方对小鼠胃排空、小肠推进的影响。方法:通过观察正常小鼠、胃肠运动抑制模型小鼠和胃肠运动亢进模型小鼠胃内葡聚糖蓝-2000排空率、小肠内葡聚糖蓝-2000推进率来研究5个复方对小鼠胃排空、小肠推进的影响。结果:对正常小鼠,左金丸抑制其胃排空和小肠推进,其余4个复方均促进其胃排空和小肠推进(P<0.05;P<0.01);对胃肠运动抑制模型小鼠,左金丸并不加重其抑制,其余四个复方均可减轻其胃肠抑制,但以半四合方和半四左合方效果较好(P<0.01);对胃肠运动亢进模型小鼠,5个复方均可减轻其亢进,但仅半四左合方有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:5个胃肠复方对不同病理状态小鼠胃肠运动呈现一定双向调节作用,以半四左合方作用为最佳,初步显示合方配伍组方有其科学性和先进性。
OBJECTIVE: To observe and compare Banxia Xiexin Decoction, Sini Powder, Zuojin Pills, Banxia Xiexin Decoction and Sini Powder (Semi-four-aquafum formula), Banxia Xiexin Decoction and Sini Powder, and Zuojin Pills Fang) and other five compounds on the gastric emptying, intestinal propulsion. METHODS: Five compounds were studied by observing the emptying rate of dextran blue-2000 in gastric gastrointestinal motility model mice and dextran blue-2000 advancing rate in small intestine of mice with gastrointestinal hypermotility model mice. Effects on gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion in mice. RESULTS: In normal mice, Zuojin Pill inhibited gastric emptying and small intestine advancing, and the remaining four compounds all promoted gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion (P<0.05; P<0.01); Zuojin Pill did not aggravate its inhibition, and the remaining four formulas could reduce the gastrointestinal inhibition, but the effect of semi-four-quadruplex and semi-four-left-height was better (P<0.01); for the hypermotive hyperactivity model mice, All five compounds can reduce the hyperactivity, but only half of the left ones have statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The five gastrointestinal complications showed a certain degree of two-way adjustment of gastrointestinal motility in mice with different pathological conditions, and the best effect of the semi-four-left-combination method showed that the combination prescription has its scientific and advanced nature.
