情境领导理论主要包括以下要点:第一,情境领导理论要求领导者首先确定追随者的发展水平;第二,情境领导理论要求领导者让自己的领导类型与追随者的发展水平相适应;第三,情境领导理论要求领导者要实行“弹性领导”;第四,情境领导理论要求领导者要重视追随者的独特的需要,并为其提供帮助。该理论可对硕士研究生培养中导师角色行为产生一定的借鉴导师首先要“了解”学生,才能够真正的“因材施教”,并采取“灵活”的培养方式培
