　　Improving the conversion efficiency is the best way for Ⅲ-Ⅴ tandem solar cell to get a widely application either in space or in interrestrial market combined with advanced concentrator systems.Much effort has been paid to Ⅲ-Ⅴ material growth and structure optimizaton, such as metamorphic material growth, current-matching sub-cell combination, and tunneling junction optimization, by which, the conversion efficiency of more than 40% have been achieved.
