It is a basic policy in our country "to treasure and make use of every small patch of land".It is also the foundation of the social economy development.The precedent studies indicated that,Chinas urbanization on the expense of massive farming land in the suburb areas.Zhengzhou,as the core of the central plain city group,has a more formidable vitality in the urbanization process; however,in the process of promoting the city expansion,it also inevitably has accelerated the change in the land use structure.On the basis of suitable appraisal and quantity optimization forecast of the land in Zhengzhou suburban area,this article has studied the alteration trend of the agricultural land resources in the urbanization process in this area.It also has carried on a spatial optimization disposition analysis on the inner transformation structure of the Zhengzhou suburban area agricultural land resources.And on this foundation it has done a sustainable appraisal to the result of optimized disposition.This research has a great bearing on the planning of land use and on the formation of the relevant measures in the suburban area of Zhengzhou.The fmdings indicate following:The Zhengzhou urbanized advancement has had the significant influence to the suburb agricultural land use,the main performance for on the one hand along with the urbanized advancement,the urban population proportion and constructs the city area the constant rise; On the other hand,the areas of suburb agricultural land which is the farming land,the vegetable plot,the field and the forest land all appears drop tendency in varying degrees.From result of the suitable appraisal of suburb agricultural land,this paper draws a conclusion that the 1st and 2nd degreeof land are mainly distributed in the distributes in north and the eastern area of Zhengzhou,while the 3rd degree in the west and south the area,the 4th degree in the southwest and southeast area,and the 5th in the north west and northeast part.The land of the 1 st degree is suitable for vegetable and the land of the 2nd degree may also be used to grow vegetables,the land of the 4th degree suitable for gardening for the best or for the forest land,and the 5th degree for the forest.Take 1996-2004 year agricultural land use present situation data as a foundation and in 2020 makes 2010 for the optimized disposition year,forecast in2010 plants crops,the vegetable plot,the field and the forest land the area respectively is 29255.45,1968.41,4561.22 and 1485.61hectares; In 2020 respectively is 23936.4,1475.12,3539.84 and1048.14 hectares The suburb agricultural land transformation divides into two directions,one is uses to the city to transform,from 2004 to 2020,forecast the agricultural land altogether uses to the city to transform the area is 14541.26 hectares,vegetable plot is 11443.63hectares,the vegetable plot is 1143.85 hectares,the field is 1700.45hectares,the forest land is 253.33 hectares.On the other hand transforms as the agricultural land interior,the transformed direction is,plants crops to the vegetable plot,the field and the forest land direction transforms,from 2004 to 2020 estimated the farming altogether to the vegetable plot transformation area is 860.99hectares,the field is 1171.61 hectares,the forest land is 1231.55hectares.The suburb agricultural land resources carries on the spatial optimization disposition to be allowed to obtain:During 2004-2020year the agricultural land transforms for the city uses the place the potential area is 14964.52 hectares,farming is 11672.33 hectares,the vegetable plot is 1047.52 hectares,the field is 1945.39 hectares,the forest land is 299.29 hectares; The farming optimizes for the vegetable plot best potential is 2859.5 hectares,the optimized direction for suburb northeast part,north and eastern part; The farming optimizes for the field best potential is 4347.5 hectares,the optimized direction for the north west and southeast area; The farming transforms for the forest land best potential is 1467.54 hectares,the optimized direction for the north west and northeast part.From the sustainable appraisal carried on the foundation of optimized disposition,we can see that the synthesis appraisal scores in 2000 and 2004 as well as in 2010 and 2020 the two optimized years are respectively 52.87,51.98,64.39 and 74.64.In 2010,they may achieve a condition of basic sustainable using,and in 2020 of moderate sustainable using with its land sustainable using condition obviously better than that in 2000 and 2004.
