In cement raw meal calcination process,product quanlity index(i.e.,raw meal decomposition ratio,hereinafter referred to as RMDR)is difficult to be measure online,and this process have complex dynamic characteristics,such as strong nonlinearity and coupling between RMDR and calciner temperature and outlet temperature of preheater C5(i.e.,the No.5 cyclone).The boundary conditions of raw meal and raw meal flow change frequently,and there exist multi-conditions in practice.Therefore,it is difficult to obtain the RMDR by precise mathematical model,and the qualification rate of product is low,and the preheater C5 feeding tube can be blocked easily.To solve above difficult problem,a distributed simulation platform based on Cyber Physical System(Referred to as CPS)was established.The simulation platform consists of index setting level,control loop setting level,and process control level.The modules of the platform include mainly setting optimal system,process monitoring system,PLC(i.e.,programmable logic controller)control system,virtual instruments and actuators,and virtual plant system.Integration was realized by CPS,and experiment results show the effectiveness of the platform.
