A sensitive, rapid and selective ultra liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS-MS) method was developed and validated for the determination of baicalin in rat plasma.The oral administration of baicalin tablet was simulated the way of normal delivery;Baicalin tablet were crushed and added to rat chow, final dosage is 200 mg/kg.May be due to the influence of the dosage form, the pharmacokinetic characteristics of baicalin in rats in vivo is significantly different from intragastric administration (ig).
