目的:新型骨损伤修复材料的开发是骨组织工程研究的热点之一.传统的有机支架往往因自身的一些天然缺陷,限制了其在骨修复领域的进一步应用.硅基生物材料作为一种无机材料因其机械强度大和生物相容性好等特点可广泛应用于骨组织工程.本文采用静电纺丝法制得具有介孔结构的二氧化硅纳米纤维,该纳米纤维模拟了细胞外基质的结构,有望应用于骨损伤的修复.
