长段骨缺损的修复是当前临床治疗的难题.现在治疗长段骨缺损的方法是提供结构和力学替代物,包括骨移植(自体的或异体的)或移植物(聚合物或金属).但由于存在来源缺乏,血供欠佳、感染、排斥以及与组织难以融合等原因导致这些方法存在很大局限性.

研究目的:整形外科及颌面外科中出现的越来越多的骨缺损、大段骨缺损、骨不连的案例使得骨组织再生成为临床亟待解决的问题.磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)由于其独特的自固化性能,容易塑形,且具有良好的生物相容性,自1996年起已成功应用于临床.
随着羟基磷灰石纳米颗粒(HA NPs)不断应用于医药领域,人们开始关注其生物安全性.然而,HA NPs是否对正常肝细胞和肝脏组织具有负面生物学效应目前还不太清楚.本实验中,首先在体外将80-nm的HA NPs与正常肝细胞(BRL)直接接触培养,通过检测细胞活力、细胞凋亡和MAPK信号通路相关蛋白的表达来研究HA NPs对肝细胞毒性作用及可能机制.
目的:新型骨损伤修复材料的开发是骨组织工程研究的热点之一.传统的有机支架往往因自身的一些天然缺陷,限制了其在骨修复领域的进一步应用.硅基生物材料作为一种无机材料因其机械强度大和生物相容性好等特点可广泛应用于骨组织工程.本文采用静电纺丝法制得具有介孔结构的二氧化硅纳米纤维,该纳米纤维模拟了细胞外基质的结构,有望应用于骨损伤的修复.
