目的:探讨基于隐结构模型进行艾滋病中医证候研究的应用.方法:利用全国范围内收集的6950名确诊为艾滋病患者的信息首先进行隐结构分析,通过多维聚类可得到客观的辨证标准,但在考虑证候诠释时,需要同时从多角度对症状变量综合聚类分析.结果:在隐结构分析基础上,利用综合聚类法进一步对艾滋病患者的数据深入分析,得到了更加明确的证候划分.结论:综合聚类分析能够为证候的解释提供合理依据.
