【摘 要】
：
目的 观察体外反搏联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗左心衰竭患者的临床疗效.方法 左心衰竭患者56例,均予磷酸肌酸钠治疗,28例采用体外反搏联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗(干预组),28例采用单纯磷酸肌酸钠治疗(对照组).结果 ①临床症状恢复时间,干预组4±1.5d,对照组7±1d,比较差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)；②干预组住院治疗时间2～3周,平均2.35周；对照组住院治疗时间3～7周,平均6.5周,比较差异存在统计
