　　Recent progress of multi-detector-row computed tomography (MDCT) in field of neuroradiology, mainly 4 dimensional-CT (4D-CT) and CT-perfusion, will be presented.My study in collaboration with General Electric (GE) Healthcare will be introduced.My study included evaluation of clinical usefulness of 4D-CT for brain tumors and CT-perfusion for brain tumors and cerebrovascular disorders.4D-CT can provide both static and dynamic 3D images.CT-perfusion can provide cerebral blood flow (CBF), cerebral blood volume, mean transit time, and so forth.
