Lanthanide materials including lanthanide-doped upconversion materials had been applied in time-resolved fluorescence bioassays,such as immunoassays,bioimaging,and drug delivery due to the fluorescence from these materials is in the visible region and possesses large Stokes shifts,narrow-band emissions,and long luminescence lifetimes,avoiding the interference of auto-fluorescence in biological tissue [1-3].
