Objective: To explore the effect and mechanism study of Sj-cystatin (rSjc) fusion protein on mice with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods: The experiment was divided into four groups randomly: normal pregnancy mice group, URSA mice group, CsA group andrSjcgroup.1)ELISA method was used to detect the concentration of IFN-γ、 IL-10 groups of pregnant mice.2)RT-PCR method was used to detect the mRNA levels of TNF-α, IL-4.3)Calculate the embryo absorptivity of pregnant mice.Results: rSjc protein can elevate levels of Th2 type cytokine and decrease Th1 type cytokine in Maternal-fetal interface, and lower the embryo absorptivity of URSA mice.(P<0.05),The effect is the same as the CsA.Conclusion: rSjc protein show a significant improvement in treatment for URSA mice.The mechanism may be related to that the protein inhibits the Th1/Th2 reaction of cell signal transduction of model mice in different degrees,,and prompts immune response to the Th2 reaction.
