Based on summarization of improving CFRP antenna reflector manufacturing accuracy methods, a new technique combining high precision mold design, near zero-expansion laminate design and secondary polishing was put forward to improve reflector surface accuracy.FEM theory was employed in simulating and analyzing mold design and laminate design, and the simulating results were verified adopting curing experiments.
