：
国产瑞柯恩钬激光剜除治疗良性前列腺增生的性能与技巧解析,临床疗效及安全性随访.应用国产80W瑞柯恩钬激光和好克组织粉碎器对350位良性前列腺增生症的患者行经尿道钬激光前列腺剜除术和组织粉碎术.运用"隧道法"找寻中叶前列腺包膜,激光"微爆破"分离腺体及层次,膀胱颈部"开窗"建立通道,保留前列腺尖部部分尿道粘膜,逆行将腺体推入膀胱.分析及评估疗效及安全性,随访中位时间2年.
