目的:建立气相色谱-质谱测定中药材中198种农药残留的分析方法。方法:用丙酮进行提取,采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)或GPC与固相萃取(SPE)结合净化的方法,并优化了GPC与SPE方法。最终根据药用部位及基质成分对中药材进行分类,分别采取不同的前处理方法。结果:使用此方法对山药、黄芪、金银花、陈皮等中药材进行了考察,回收率大多处于70%~110%之间,RSD为2.7%~13.6%,符合痕量分析要求。结论:此方法灵敏度高,准确,可靠,为中药材中的农药多残留测定提供了一种准确实用的分析方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 198 pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods: The samples were extracted with acetone and purified by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) or by GPC with solid phase extraction (SPE). The GPC and SPE methods were optimized. Finally, according to the medicinal parts and matrix composition of Chinese herbal medicines, respectively, to take a different pre-treatment methods. Results: The Chinese medicinal materials of yam, astragalus, honeysuckle, dried tangerine peel and so on were investigated by this method. The recoveries were mostly between 70% and 110% with RSDs ranging from 2.7% to 13.6%, which met the trace analysis requirements. Conclusion: This method is sensitive, accurate and reliable and provides an accurate and practical analytical method for the determination of pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines.
