Polyoxovanadates decorated by transition metal are of great importance due to their long-promised potential as oxidative catalysts1.Unlike those vanadium complexes and vanadium-substituted POMs,catalytic reactions using pure POVs are, as of today, rather rare2.In this paper, we have synthesized one new manganese decorated polyoxovanadates clusters and the study of catalytical reaction using the compound is underway in our group (Figure 1).
