提出了一种基于光差拍技术频率合成器的设计方案,频率合成器可以实现DC~×102 GHz频率范围的梳状谱信号输出。利用10GHz光电探测器(PD)对一腔长为27m的环形腔掺铒光纤激光器输出的多纵模激光进行差拍,得到频率间隔为7.63MHz的梳状信号。受PD响应速率的影响,梳状谱信号的频率范围为DC~10GHz。在此基础上,利用可调谐带通滤波器可以选取不同频段的电信号或者进行频率组合产生其它频率成分的电信号。
A design scheme of the frequency synthesizer based on the optical beat technique is proposed. The frequency synthesizer can output the comb spectrum signal in the frequency range from DC to × 102 GHz. A multi-longitudinal mode laser output from a ring cavity erbium-doped fiber laser with a cavity length of 27m was pulsed using a 10GHz photodetector (PD) to obtain a comb signal with a frequency separation of 7.63MHz. Affected by the PD response rate, the frequency range of the comb spectrum signal is DC ~ 10GHz. On this basis, the tunable band-pass filter can select the electrical signals of different frequency bands or combine the frequency to generate the electrical signals of other frequency components.
