Organic light-emitting field-effect transistors(OLETs) combine switching functionalities of transistors with the emission capability of organic light-emitting diodes(OLED) into one simple device.The high current densities of organic single-crystals makes OLETs based on single-crystals promising device for electrically pumped organic laser.
