研究了用高频红外碳硫仪测定蒙乃尔400中硫含量的方法,对试样的加入量、助熔剂的选择及其配比以及粉尘的影响进行了试验,确定二元助熔剂(0.5 g Fe+1.7 g W-Sn)可为蒙乃尔400样品提供较好的释放条件,采用镍基铜合金标准样品建立了校准曲线,实际样品中硫测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3％,加标回收率在98％～103％之间.
