　　Graphene has attracted great attentions since its first discovery in 2004.[1] Various methods have been reported to fabricate graphene, such as micro-mechanical cleavage (Scotch tape method), chemical exfoliation, epitaxial growth of SiC, and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) growth on metals.
